My Energy Space incorporates reiki, shamanism, imagery and mindful meditation to assist you to feel better and be the best you can be.

There are many times in our lives when we seek health, happiness and a sense of well-being. Yet at times this can feel difficult to achieve by ourselves.

My Energy Space is a place where I can assist you to restore the natural balance of your mind, body and spirit through a variety of techniques and treatments which are tailored specifically to you.

It’s a place to heal, to learn something new about yourself or to simply restore your energy. I even teach mindfulness classes for those interested in developing themselves further.

Set in the heart of Ilkley, a Spa town in the heart of West Yorkshire, you can combine a visit with a walk in the glorious Ilkley moors or a cup of tea at the famous Betty’s Tea Rooms.
